Deposits
50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid prior to collection or delivery. Orders cannot be released until full payment has been received.
Changes to Orders
Small design or date changes may be accommodated if requested in advance; however, changes cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable as they cover preparation time, planning, and ingredients purchased for your order.
Collection
Please arrive at your agreed collection time to ensure your order is received fresh and in perfect condition.
