ABOUT ME

From a young age, I have always loved baking cakes and desserts for my friends and family. I started my business at 13, selling to local companies and neighbours. I am a qualified pastry chef, having spent a year doing a patisserie course in Melbourne, which has allowed me to gain experience in the industry. 

I have spent 5 years working at a cake shop in Geelong, Australia, and a year working at a wedding cake shop in Edinburgh, Scotland.
